Description
A motivated and energized workforce leads to better ideas, better problem solving and better teamwork. All of this leads to better business results. This can be halted when people feel their ideas are not welcome, when they feel not included, and when their differences are not appreciated. Much of this is not done intentionally. The step to changing your biases, perceptions, and the way we relate starts with self-assessing ourselves.
The good news is that anyone can learn and practice new ways of showing appreciation of others and for their differences while striving to include everyone and their contributions. Development in this area will improve your ability to appreciate others, include others, buildĀ better relationships with those you work with, help you accomplish your goals, and bring you success in your organizational life.
Take this assessment based on Dr. Craig Nathanson’s original research to see where you stand now, and where you can develop.
